About This Project

Union 12 is a wedding and event venue in Columbia City that needed a floor capable of carrying the look of the space while standing up to everything an event schedule throws at it. We mechanically ground and polished the existing concrete to a clean, reflective finish — no coatings, no wax, just the slab itself refined. The result is a floor that handles dancing, heavy tables, catering carts, and constant setup and teardown without showing wear, and that gets harder and more stain-resistant over time.
